This machine can work without stopping during the whole day  and when you change type of fruit or vegetable, you just have to place a small piece of lemon inside of the machine in order to clean quickly the strainer and the lemon will take away the previous taste and color.

The only way to clean the machine at the end of the day is by disassembling the cover, screw, shredder disc, strainer and cup: these parts are to be washed carefully with water and liquid soap otherwise the net of the strainer will be obstructed and the juice will not come out but it will fall down into the waste container. It is sufficient to clean the strainer with a brush(placed inside of the packing).

 It sounds difficult but in fact it is something very easy and quick.

 Pls just remember that due to the high speed(it turns at 15,500 RPM with 230V/50Hz but much more with 110V/60Hz motor) the strainer is self cleaning.

 Together with the machine we give approx. 50 recipes of different cocktails.

Caution:

It is very important to close correctly with the key the screw blocking the shredder disc on the strainer otherwise the screw will be blocked automatically by the motor and the disassembling will become very problematic.

 It is useless to pour water directly into the machine because this will not clean it and furthermore the water could enter into the bearings and damage them.
