| Instructions for crema
disc: Use coarser grind like the size
of table salt grain. Level coffee grounds in the filter cup
& tamp lightly. Lock the Portafilter into the group
ring. Turn hot water switch on. Crema
disc delays extraction to build extraction pressure 9 Bars
(pre-infusion) before allowing espresso to fill the cup.
Always pull shots of 2-Oz. or less. |
